Rain Policy

•  In the event of any inclement weather that causes a cancellation, all swimmers will be given a makeup lesson date and time.  

• If you cannot attend the makeup lesson date then a refund or lesson credit will be given.

•  Notification of a weather cancellation will be given 45 minutes ahead of the start time of a given lesson via the Carla Swim Remind. 

• We are not responsible for the inconvenience of you driving out if you are not signed up for the Carla Swim Remind. Text @carlaswim to 81010 to join. 

 

Cancellation Policies

• If you cancel for any reason inside 72 hours before your lesson, there is a $25 cancellation fee. 

• If the cause to cancel is due to a sudden illness,  family emergency, or other conflict that takes priority, contact Carla or Sam to discuss an exception. 

• A makeup lesson will be given to you if you have cancelled ahead of the 72 hour period, or have been approved as an exception. 

• If you cannot attend the makeup lesson date then a refund or lesson credit will be given. 

• If you need to cancel attendance for a group lesson ahead of the 72 hours, a refund or future credit will be automatically given instead of a makeup lesson.
